Good quality for a decent price. It has everything I need for my calcium and D3 intake. I do wish the size of the pill was just a little smaller to swallow. Very happy with my purchase!
my calcium is low and my doctor prescribed taking calcium D3 1200 mg. ive been taking it for a week or so. will need to wait till i have to get lab work done to see if taking the calcium made a difference.
