If I take the recommended dosage of 1200 of calcium, which is two pills then I am taking 200% of the amount of D3 that I need which can be very, very dangerous
After further investigation, my new eating habits include this so no longer need supplement. Do checking before making decisions, save a lot of money.
I like these because they give me the strength I want without the huge, horsepill size! Although they don't have a gel coating and aren't in a capsule form, they are still easy to swallow for me. I also like that I can get a larger supply of them, not just 30 day's worth
This was not good for me. I could feel my body get worse. It seems like this depletes the calcium not build it. I threw it in the trash!
what I like must is the size, for first time is not to big and I don't have trouble when I swallow it and don't have any chalk taste.
Last week I purchased a bottle of NATURE'S NUTRITION CALCIUM CARBONATE VITAMIN D3 1200mg Extra Strength Formula. As a senior, I found the caplets easy to swallow and digest compared to CITRACAL D3 (CALCIUM CITRATE) by Bayer.
I love the fact that I can get both the calcium and vitamin D3 in the same dosage.
pills are too large to swalloe
Pills huge brown and choke able
The right amount of mg.1200
