Caldesene Medicated Protecting Body Powder with Zinc Oxide and Cornstarch, Talc Free, 5 Oz

This powder is absolutely amazing. I use it regularly and always feel fresh and dry. I bought it for the 1st time for my Mom when she was in a memory care facitly. She had to wear a pullup and i used it on her bottom to keep her feeling dry and to protect her skin. When patients have skin breakdowns they always put this cream all over it and it keeps everything moist and my mom hated that feeling. Her skin did so much better with this powder than with the calemodestine cream and healed in ½ the time. I went over every night and made sure she was put to bed and this powder was on her. She felt and stayed much dryer than when she had the cream on. I even converted some of the staff at the hospital and supplied it for them while she was a patient. She really did so much better with this powder. It is seriously an amazing product! I still use it today.

I originally got this for my kiddos diaper rash. It knocked it out in just 1 changing. It prevents them too. I ended up with chaffing from summer sweat. I used it and it fixed my chaffing and irritation from it. I now use it before I go to the gym or exercise and still use it on my kiddo. I highly recommend for the whole family. It also keeps shoes fresh. The smell is better than baby powder. It has a fresh scent.

Amazing powder. i struggle with nightsweats and this has been the only powder that has helped significantly. i wear wicking material on top of it for bedtime and the change has been dramatic. LOVE the scent. Consistency is fine, but a little goes a long way. And what i love about it, a little goes a long way. Had a bit of an issue with packaging and receipt, but Walmart.com took care of it right away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will purchase more as needed.

I love the way it feels, and it helps in healing as well in the private areas down below. I am a larger size woman and so there are some areas that have skin hanging down and it causes chafing. Once I clean those areas, I put this powder on it, and I feel such relief. The burning goes away and with continued use, the itch and chafing finally goes away.

I've gone back a few times to this purchase because in comparison to a few other brands, Caldesene comes out on top. It stays drier, has a very faint scent so does not interfere with perfume, and feels soft on the skin. I will continue to buy this brand.

I have used this powder for 46 years. The reason I know it’s been 46 years is because I started using it on my first baby. I used it on my 2 babies, my 3 Grandbabies, my husband when he gets when he has heat rash. I even ordered it for my best friend for her heat rash. Best powder on the market for diaper rash. I love using this on a baby's bottom, especially when it is chafed or raw. It protects the bottom, and it wipes off easily. Which is much better for the baby's bottom when it's raw. Instead of thick paste, which doesn't let the skin breathe to heal and it pulls the skin when trying to get it off. I highly recommend it. I also use it in the summer when I'm running.

When I say no rashes or treats rashes top of the line. This powder works well and you don't even have to us rash creams. I've been using this since she's been born for 10 months and I mean no rashes. Make sure you put on with diaper change and especially at night to protect your baby skin. I even put under neck to.

Have a baby? I would recommend this product for daily use with no hesitation. Say goodbye to rashes and discomfort. Soothing to the skin and you won’t see another rash for as long as you use this product. No crazy powder dust either when applying. I recommend this for use to all I know that have babies.

If you're using this product on a baby it's easy to apply to the necessary areas. If you're using this on yourself the ability to apply it is difficult for two reasons, 1) it needs a body puff to make it easier to apply and 2) the formula is heavier than baby powder. This powder definitely doesn't feel like a powder. It almost feels wet or tacky and leaves a strange residue on the skin. For the money and the fact that you have to order online (at least in my area it's not in store) I would not pick this product again. I would pick an ointment, like Boudreaux's Butt Paste. It's a similar price, readily available in store, infinitely easier to apply and more effective with immediate soothing and healing.
