Excellent quality with ONE exception
This cooler is packed extremely well with foam and a thick cardboard box preventing damage. It chills wine well and not very loud. A it also ships via Fed Ex thank goodness. The only issues are the holes in the handle are not drilled deep enough for the length of the bolts so the handle cannot be tightened properly to the door. I had to use small nuts as spacers for the bolts to secure the handle. It would be a 5 star cooler if they corrected this issue.

Initial review
Came slightly late. Well packaged. No damage. Easily unpacked while kept upright. Fit under counter as advertised. Has functioned properly for a week.
