I love the taste. It's very smooth with an almond flavor. I drank it plain and I'm ordering another one because it was SO good!

so I'm spoiled and used to going to a cafe to get my iced lattes every morning. Fast forward to 2020 when the whole world is quarantined and now I'm responsible for making my own coffee (UNHEARD OF RIGHT?!?!?!) This almond milk is the only milk that makes my coffee even come close to an actual cafe. It's delicious and creamy, not overly sweetened and doesn't have that weird after taste a lot of other almond milks have. Customer for life!

This stuff is amazing, it doesn't separate!!!!! It's the only reason why I bought it, I am so sick of my almond milk creamer I was using feathering, it was so gross. This stuff is perfect.

This Barista style creamer provides a thicker consistency and better taste than using standard almond milk. The Califia Farms product line seems to be superior compared to other almond milk in general, but I really like this style for my morning coffee and espresso/lattes. I could not figure out why after I had almond milk drinks at certain places I would get an emergency case of diarrhea (I drink califa farms 3 ingredient almond milk every day at home). Well I HAVE FIGURED IT OUT! Thank god. It's this barista blend!!! I think it's the potassium citrate as I eat the other ingredients all the time, or maybe it's them combined I don't know but I am so happy to have figured it out. Now I can just avoid it. I don't need my milk to froth, I need clean ingredients that don't mess up my digestive system!

Have been using this milk for months from Walmart and was so happy to find an alternative milk that was able to make micro foam. Just recently I bought this milk from Amazon in a 6 pack and none of those milks made the micro foam. It was so watery and ruined a few of my drinks. I then bought this milk again from Walmart and that also did not foam. I reached out to Califia and they sent me a new lot and that one still did not foam well. I feel like they changed their recipe (even tho they said they didn't) or are missing a critical component. How is this milk passing quality control? The whole point of buying this specific barista version is because of its ability to micro foam. Seems like other people are having the same issue with recent batches. Please figure out what the problem is Califia!

I use an Aeroccino milk frother. This product did not froth at all. Not even a bubble. I don't understand the positive review at all or what people are using to get this to froth. Maybe the ingredients have changed? A waste of money for me. What a disappointment.
