love this. it is my %231 now. it is tasty, healthy and foams extra well without all the sugars . i found it a month ago and am on my 5th carton. its the only.creamer for my coffee
Excellent for Coffe however just as good for smoothies.
Great texture. I use for ice lattes I make at home and it is perfect. While I know it's intended for steaming, I use it any time I use almond milk. It's my favorite.
I've tried a lot of different non dairy creamer and this is my all time favorite! Love that it's clean, sugar free and tastes amazing! Not sure why but I like it from the cartons better than bottles :) Thanks for making only the best!
This is the second time since Oct 2023 that I have ordered 10 Califia Unsweetened Almond Creamers from Walmart. Usually order from Amazon, but after waiting 6 weeks just for my order to be shipped I went elsewhere %26 found the same price at Walmart. Also, I receive them 36hrs after ordering them! And I live extremely rural. My only complaint is Walmart's packaging. The creamers are just thrown into a box with a few air filled bags and shipped off. I'm really surprised none of the creamers have blown open. Half of them are severely dented but still useable.

I'm sad I didn't like the taste of this. I got it to use as a more natural creamer in my coffee to replace my regular plain coffee creamer (which has hydrogenated fats that are bad for my heart). I need something that was thicker to replace that creaminess (I'm here for the creamer!). This didn't do that. It's no better than any inexpensive almond milk you could get anywhere. I didn't like the taste, it's thin, it only watered down my coffee. The only Pro I have is that it doesn' t have added Vitamin D (that makes me itch). Cons: There's low value: it's a much smaller container than regular shelf stable box almond milk. It's thin, doesn't taste good.
While this almond milk does have a nice taste and works well as a general milk or creamer in coffee or tea, it does NOT produce steamed milk or froth with an expresso / cappuccino machine. I was really bummed because that was why I bought this particular almond milk in the first place. I make a cappuccino or flat white every morning, so I'm pretty adept at using the frother. I just wanted to take a break from dairy for a while, so I decided to find a good milk substitute that would still give me that froth or silky consistency needed for my morning caffeine dose. When I went to froth this stuff, all that it did was create hot, watery almond milk. It didn't ever even get "silky" so that I could just pour it over my espresso and make it a flat white. To name this stuff "Barista Blend" and market it as an almond milk that will steam and froth is VERY misleading. It MAY froth cold with a handheld frother (I haven't tried it), but overall, this stuff is simply only good for smoothies and as something to add a milky consistency to your regular coffee or tea. I gave it 2 stars ONLY for the misleading advertising and not doing what it says it will do. Otherwise, I'd give it 4 stars for the overall taste of the almond milk. I'm very disappointed and back to square one for finding a good almond milk without a lot of additives that WILL froth and/or steam with a cappuccino maker.
I start my day with a latte and have been moving away from cow's milk, so I was eager to find a product that foamed like cows milk. Unfortunately, for me, this is not it. I use a Nespresso setup with their one touch "Aerocinno" milk foamer. It does a great job with cows milk, and even the regular blue diamond brand almond milk from the grocery store foams ok, but this one really didn't foam at all. Disappointed.
I've ordered this item multiple times and the last 2 times the containers have been EXPIRED with an expiration date of Jan 7 2021. I didn't catch it on the one order, but ordered again this week and the items arrived with the same date. How are you allowing shipping of EXPIRED product? Photos taken today - 5/19/2021.
