California Car Duster with Plastic Handle and Wax Treated Cotton Mop Removes Auto Dust Scratch Free (Colors May Vary)

The new duster has a light bluish handle that's thicker %26 grippier, so unless you're a sentimental purist, it shouldn't be an issue. This is a classic product that continues to sell %26 also win over new fans, because it just works. From what I understand, it's simply cotton yarn that's treated with a wax to attract dust, and is attached to an ergonomic handle. You can spiff up your car between washings to remove the dust %26 dirt. Here you get only the big car duster, but there's a 2-pack version that I haven't yet looked for on Walmart.com (but is sold on Amazon), where you get the original large duster a small DASH DUSTER for $29. That's the one I'd recommend, since the interior should also be easy to keep dust-free. I recommend this product—my sister drives a minivan, and this is her favorite duster because it's easy to use %26 effective at its job.

I've used this product for the last 30 years. I have one for all my cars and helps keep them looking clean and shiny. Dont buy imitations because my original duster just was replaced after 30 years. Great product

I've tried a lot of dusters throughout the years ones that claim to be as good if not better than California duster and none of those claims are valid. California is foreign away the Best duster out there. Just spread it out leave it on newspaper for 2 to 3 days to take the paraffin off and then it's good to go for many years

I have one that's over 25 years old so I decided it's time for a new one and it's exactly the same as it was years ago except for the color. It's now a dark Gray cotton instead of Red. Who cares about the color. It turns black anyway as it gets old and works even better. It's a quality California Duster at a excellent price. Good Job Walmart. Very pleased!

Between the alleged landscapers blowing dirt all over and pollen in general, this brush is returning my Maverick to look like it did right after a polish with Maguiars.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, it takes two days to dry out and get the wax off the duster. After proper time it works great and continues to be a great part of my collection for my customer and mine cars Bob C

We purchased a black truck that seems to be a dust magnet. Black vehicles only look good when clean and shiny. I was washing it almost every other day. The salesman at Baldwin Ford recommended a car duster, so I purchased one. It has worked well allowing me not to wash it so much. I'd recommend it to anyone with a black vehicle that likes to keep it shiny.

I had been using a California Duster for over 20 years. I had never washed it - ever. But, it wasn't picking up the dust as well as it used to so I got this one. I'm disappointed. There are only about 1/2 as many "fibers" on the mop part of it and I doubt it will last 1 year, let alone 20. The only good thing is that it red, which is the same color as my car. Seems to work; just flimsier than my old one.

Item was great. Experience not so much. Drove 60 miles round trip because web site indicated in stock. Upon arrival I found nothing on the shelf. It was more than difficult to find help, when I finally did I was told if not on the shelf then we don't have it. I asked if they could check inventory and was given the same answer. CSR then turned around and walked away. I left and ordered on line from my car. I realize that a car duster not being in stock is not the end of the world, but this was a gift for a good friend that was getting her first car, not to mention the 60 mile round trip. All in all a very disappointing experience.

I thought I was ordering the standard Cal duster shown instead I received an unwanted substitute in purple and grey. I know it sounds silly but still not what I was looking for.
