As a cancer patient on medication that thinned my hair out and weakened my nails, I am excited to see biotin actually helping restore growth. About 3 months on the product and there is a few inches of new hair, and nails are coming in stronger. I like the smaller size of this product compared to other brands I have taken, much easier to swallow. I plan to continue a daily dose.

I’ve been using this daily for a couple weeks and my nails definitely feel stronger! No length noticed but they feel thicker, stronger. I will keep using and probably buy more when it finishes. I thought biotin was good for hair too, but I see no improvement there.

I've been taking this biotin supplement for a couple of weeks now in the hopes of making my nails less prone to breakage, especially in the dry winter months. It's a little early to see results yet, but I like that these small tabs are easy to swallow and have no nasty "vitamin pill" aftertaste. They're good value compared to many other brands, especially in the larger-count bottles.

I came across this product when looking for a solution for my weak/brittle nails. I'm old enough that taking prenatal vitamins that had previously helped my nails seemed ridiculous, so thought I'd give this a try. It was the best value I found, and it's completely solved my problem.

These are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I've only been taking them for a little while but, I've noticed faster growth in my hair. My hair fell out due to a traumatic event I experienced. The price is good and they are helping. I'm going to get another bottle when this one runs out.

Haven’t taken biotin on its own before but this is a good supplement by itself. I need some more time with taking it and will have to update in the future. All in all, not bad for the price. The size of pill is also easy to swallow. Thanks to the brand and to Walmart.

I take Biotin daily for my hair , skin , and nails. I like trying different brands of biotin. Although they advertise these vitamins for men , they worked as good as any other biotin I have used in the past. I’m more in favor of the gummy vitamins than the kind you swallow. So that’s why I wouldn’t stay with this vitamin , although they seemed as good as any other. But I would recommend it to others.
