This California gold vitamin c doesn't irritate the stomach at all. I don't feel any acidity. It's supposed to be good to fight colds and boost immunity. For me, the fact it's gentle on the stomach was most important, since it doesn't aggravate Gerd. I would get it again.

Vitamin C is a great antioxidant, while you can find vitamin c in your food, a little boost is always welcome for your immunity! I take Zinc and it's suggested to take vitamin c with it to increase the absorption. It has no taste and no smell. The price is perfect for a great quantity and quality.

This vitamin is my second try and I like it, maybe not everything but some. It works well in terms of mood, energy and strength. Good old Vitamin C :) I am a firm believer that taking Vitamin C every single day really helps boost your immune system. I usually take either 1000 mg with Rosehips (from another brand) or this one from California Gold Nutrition. The pills are bit on a larger size but I don't have a problem with that. Will definitely always repurchase it! :)

It's vitamin C, hard to say bad things about it really. The capsules were the standard size, easy to swallow, the effects were I had more vitamin C in my body, my daily vitamin. Wouldn't mind a stronger dosage. No side effects but your mileage may vary (they shouldnt). Everything came packed nicely like always as well. Fine quality.

This is a good vitamin C product for everyday use. I take 3 per day and increase the dose if I feel tired or I'm beginning to fall sick.
