This hair supplement was nothing like I expected. It was much better! I would take one pill a day and in a week I saw results. Within a month my hair had grown at least an inch and looked much healthier! I am very pleased and would tell all my friends about this.

Really good! Went thru my first bottle ordering another , deff see a diff in hair wasn't til almost end of bottle but I'd say my hair is much thicker

I have used this now for two months, and the last two weeks I see results. My hair definitely looks and feels thicker. At first, I was disappointed when I read other comments about seeing results the first month. It took about 6 to 7 weeks to really notice results, so my advice is to be patient. This product does work, but it takes time. I'm never gonna stop using it.

I started taking these vitamins many years ago and I loved how fast they made my hair grow. Unfortunately I could no longer find them in stores and it's a little foolish to ask because all the bottle says is "HAIR" I was so thrilled to see them on Swanson website. I mean THRILLED. I' take two a day just as I did before and I haven't measured my hair but I can grab a loc from the middle of my head and fully extend my arm again. I had at least 2 inches in a month. The only downfall is ALL OF MY BODY HAIR GROWS QUICKLY. So here I am with a lovely head of hair and a beard!! lol Okay no beard.... but geez!! my brows wont stay arched very long and my legs look like man legs.. I'm glad it's winter!! I love these vitamins.

So glad I found Swanson Vitamins on line. I have taken the vitamin called 'Hair' for many years and could not locate it where I now live. It is a great vitamin and it has served me well.

My favorite Hair and Nail vitamin by far. Noticeable results after using for at least a month. Disappointed that they don't carry these in store anymore.
