California Naturals Sensitive Scalp Shampoo, 16.5 fl oz

As someone living in New England, I really struggle this time of year with the harsh winters and super dry air from oil heat. My scalp gets incredibly angry and itchy, and on top of that, I also deal with psoriasis, so finding something that actually soothes my skin feels almost impossible. I decided to try California Naturals Sensitive Scalp Shampoo after being asked to join as a reviewer and honestly, it's been such a relief. After using it, I've noticed a huge difference, I'm not constantly scratching my hairline or the back of my neck anymore, which is usually where I flare up the most. Before this, I was using another shampoo that claimed to help itchy scalps, but it had such a strong fragrance that I think it actually made things worse and irritated my skin even more. This one feels much gentler and calming, without that overpowering scent. Overall, this shampoo has been a great find for me, especially with how sensitive my scalp can get in the winter.

One of the best shampoos that I tried. Not only does it clean effectively, it's gentle and a little goes a long way. I love that it doesn't have a strong , chemical smell. Perfect for sensitive scalp! Glad to see more companies that cares about what goes into our bodies!

California Naturals creates the best shampoo and conditioner especially this line for sensitive scalps. I always have such a hard time finding products that don't irritate my scalp and this is perfect! My hair felt clean without being stripped. Love it!

I have been a dead set head and shoulders user because everything else just reacts to my scalp but I will say I think I have found my new shampoo! It has no scent and gives a great lather. Doesn't make my hair greasy and doesn't freak my scalp out. I would highly recommend

I love this product because I feel like my scalp has felt less dry and soothed. I like how there's a non scented option and it has been great for my scalp. I would recommend it to anyone who struggles with a sensitive scalp. If you prefer scented ones they also have those options as well. Highly recommend!

I've been using this shampoo for about a month now. It leaves my hair feeling really clean but maintains the moisture. I have sensitive skin, and I've noticed that my hairline has less dandruff and acne since starting with this shampoo. I got my partner to try it. He has a very dry and flaky scalp. He's been using this shampoo and noticed it's gotten better. He likes that it doesn't have a strong smell. I have straight hair and he has wavy hair. It seems to work with both of our hair types. I'll definitely be using this product again.

This is an awesome and effective shampoo. No fragrance so it didn't cause me any negative reactions with my sensitive scalp. Plus, I have fine thin hair and a lot of shampoos are too heavy for it—this is perfect though. Cleans my hair well without stripping. Def recommend.

Usually I struggle to find the right shampoo for my hair. My scalp goes through phases. I struggle especially with dandruff. And after using the California Naturals Sensitive Scalp Shampoo for a week. I am now dandruff free. I had no irritation with the shampoo. And it's fragrance free!! Usually that's what makes my hair stiff. Now my hair looks healthy and I have a clean non irritated or itchy scalp.

I love products that leave out the toxins, so this was right up my alley. This product is good. It calmed my irritated eczema scalp. My hair was squeaky clean and very soft afterwards. The only downside I found was that my hair was very oily the next day. This could be from the double-washing I do; maybe it stripped my hair too much. My scalp was still soothed, though. **I received this product for my unbiased and honest opinion.

This shampoo is not the best. It definitely is sensitive skin/scalp friendly and I appreciate that it has no scent. However it does not lather well, I had to use quite a bit of product to be able to wash my hair throughly. It also left my hair feeling quite dry and extremely tangly/hard to brush. I would not repurchase this shampoo based off those two things alone, there are simply better shampoos on the market at the same price point.
