Best Gluten Free Pizza

Scott December 14, 2025

We cook these on the outdoor grill with a pizza stone as a diffuser. Always 16 minutes. We even cook these with great results in our RV oven, again with pizza stone. They only require 375 degrees, so they are easy to reach with a crappy oven. Most other pizzas want 425.

Just try It!

Kealina November 8, 2025

Bought this for my sister when my teenage son accidentally ate her gluten free Costco pizza as a midnight snack. I will be honest, at first I didn't notice it said cauliflower crust. I was just excited to find a decent looking, affordable gluten free pizza that could potentially save my child from the wrath of his hangry aunt (we don't judge her- newly diagnosed with celiac). Flash forward- She made the pizza and was pleasantly surprised that she couldn't really tell it had cauliflower. It's nice to have options that are affordable and easy to find. I'd recommend giving this pizza a shot.

I found one!

Susan June 28, 2025

I thought I'd never find a cauliflower crust pizza that didn't taste like cauliflower! I'm pleased with the flavor of the toppings too. It could have used a teeny bit more sauce, but otherwise was delicious. The pizza was the perfect size for my toaster oven, 375° for 9 minutes, and then placed in a skillet on med-high for a few more minutes to crisp up the crust. Perfection!! I will most definitely purchase California Pizza Kitchen's cauliflower crust pizzas again. And again!

Crisp, Flavorful..Nice Change from Regular Pizza

akolozvary August 20, 2025

I don't have a gluten sensitivity, but the California Pizza Kitchen Cauliflower Crust Pizza with Tomato Basil Sauce is great when I want something different. The crust turns out nice and crispy... perfect for my stone cookware and my Breville toaster oven. The toppings are flavorful and satisfying. Nutrition Facts: If you eat half the pizza (about 6.2 oz), you'll get roughly 340–360 calories, 7g fat, 57g carbs, 6g fiber, 6g sugar, and 10g protein. Eating the whole pizza brings it to around 680–720 calories, 14g fat, 114g carbs, 12g fiber, 12g sugar, and 20g protein. (Exact numbers may vary by variety, but these are typical for cauliflower crust.) Benefits: The cauliflower crust has fewer carbs and calories than regular pizza crust with a bit more fiber, making it great for a lighter or gluten-free meal. It's also an easy way to add more veggies into your dinner. Tasty, crispy, and a lighter frozen pizza option!

Yummy taste!

Kelly June 27, 2025

Only cauliflower crust pizza I've tried that ever tasted good. Flavorful toppings-just yummy! I never put frozen pizzas on my oven rack. Instead I placed this on a round pizza pan and yet the crust still came out nice and crispy.

Great value sweetened dried mango's

Keith December 1, 2025

California pizza kitchen pizza's are crispy and the cauliflower crust is nice. But the sauce is flat, very little toppings, and overall for the price tastes like s bland tombstone pizza. I paid over $7 for this small pizza others like digorno or red baron are actually large. This pizza is like 12”. Round sausages fell off into oven just like other cheap pizza's. You would think flat would be used. Overall it's different but for $7 I'll get a fresh made pizza locally.

Quick Pizza Dinner!

anonymous October 13, 2025

A healthier choice with cauliflower crust, this pizza is just right for a quick dinner for 2! I like to add some thinly sliced onion and bell pepper along with dried parsley flakes, oregano, and a few other spices. Open a bagged salad while the pizza bakes, and you've got a quick meal with minimal cleanup!!

Tasty, but...

Clarence November 3, 2025

I like these. The brand is good and tasty. The issue I have is with the price is like paying more than what the product is. Cost too much for too little in my opinion.

Not worth it

Danielle November 5, 2025

Okay, the only real way to enjoy this pizza is to know what you are getting yourself into before and plan ahead. You will need to purchase: pizza sauce, mozzarella, and any other toppings you want. The method is this: after you take the pizza out of the box, remove all of the mushrooms and pepperoni. Now you will see all of the bare spots missing sauce and cheese. In a pan, sauté those frozen mushrooms (they aren't cooked before packaging so if you don't cook the water out of them they will make soggy spots on the pizza). In the pan, add more mushrooms and onions. Take some jarred pizza sauce and add to the bare spots where you can see the crust. Next, put the pepperoni back on and then the mushroom mixture you sautéed. Then, add additional cheese. This is really the only way I have found that makes this good. I'm just going to start making my own at this point since the price of this is way too high for what you actually get.

This pizza is grossly overpriced. The whole pizza (personal size, only feeds one) easily fit inside my small toaster oven. It had barely any cheese on it and I didn't see or taste any sausage. The crust tastes good but it is very, very thin. I doctored up the pizza by adding fresh chopped onions and green peppers, which made it filling enough for my lunch. I will not purchase again for $7.50. In my opinion, this pizza should be priced at $3.99 or less for what you get.
