It's really easy to open and close and installation was a total breeze. The rod fits perfectly in the middle of our table. I love the dark blue color as it really complements our backyard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ruby red umbrella. It is stunningly red. LOVE IT! I also like that it is 9 foot. It covers my patio set very nicely. The top of the umbrella has a plastic cap. I have seen other umbrellas with fabric and they tend wear and tear a bit in that area. The crank system and tilt features are nice. The umbrella also has a Velcro strap to keep it closed firmly when down. Good addition. The only drawback is that the pockets the ribs fit into are a single ply fabric and will wear through first in my experience with similar units. A reinforced pocket and double stitching would give more longevity to it.

I like the crank function to open umbrella and auto tilt very much. The fabric feels durable and should hold up in the hot sunny weather well. I would have prefered a larger coverage area.

The size and shape are exactly what we wanted. Our favorite part, though, has to be the ease of opening and closing the umbrella. It's a smooth operator. It's easy to handle and waterproof. I use it at outside. So far, so awesome!!! We have had several very windy days....and a couple of extreme wind (40-50mph) days (today I guess was supposed to be another windy day), and it is doing great. So we will see how it weathering 6 months from now....fingers crossed. Umbrella met every expectation I hoped for. Extremely sturdy and strong. Descriptions were right on and true. Would buy this brand again and recommend it to family and friends. Color, construction, and design make a beautiful addition to our patio. Really nice to find a company committed to delivering a product they can be proud of.
