I like it, nice for tortes!
It's good almond flour, good texture. Mine was fresh. Makes a good Mocha Torte ;) I do keep my nut flours in the fridge, because my pantry is on the South by SouthWest facing wall, so it gets too warm and some things are sensitive. At least the BAG is a minimal size and easy to stack. Get out as much air as possible, reseal the bag, and pop into the fridge. Before using, let it come up to room temperature to minimize moisture/condensation getting into it.
