Refreshing, hydrating, and crisp. After a cardio workout I felt replenish. It has a slight aftertaste but nothing harsh or overwhelming. I will give it another try.
If you're looking for something refreshing, loaded with vitamins and electrolytes that's not too tart and not bogged down with tons of artificial sweeteners this might be for you. I'm someone who is always willing to try something new and trendy and cactus water had me intrigued. Due to allergy meds and decongestants I get dehydrated super easily so I need a way to consume copious electrolytes without adding extensive calories. This definitely hits all the marks and I think next can I'm gonna try popping it in the fridge first as I think it'll be even more thirst quenching that way!
I enjoyed this very much. It was a nice surprise. I purchased because there was a Walmart Cash promo, but I would definitely purchase again. Very light tasting with a ton of flavor.
I've never been the biggest pineapple fan, but this is making me reconsider! The flavoring is the perfect mix of sweet and mild, giving it a refreshing and satisfying quality. I was genuinely impressed, and will be ordering in the future!
I've tried a few of the other prickly pear drinks out there, but they're all too overtly sweet or jammy. This was a truly pleasant flavor, not too sweet or overwhelming. I like to mix it with some ice in a glass and a small pour of sparkling water.
This is the 1st time I've purchased this water. I am very impressed. I am not one to drink regular water so I stick to flavored water or hydration water. i have been looking for something like this that would be healthy for me but it's been hard because I am allergic to coconut. I tried aloe vera water and hated it. so, i purchased this, and it was perfect in many ways. the taste was a light which I like. it has a lot of vitamins and minerals, organic, and antioxidants. In my opinion you can't get any better than that. The serving size is small so I wouldn't drink it as your main source of drinking water but as a pick me up. lastly, the price, it's perfect.
This wild prickly pear cactus water is a natural refresher in a can—the "anti-coconut water" for those who want a crisp punch of watermelon and wild berries with nearly zero calories. It delivers an instant recharge with rare antioxidants, offering a subtle and pleasing flavor that's far more exciting than plain water. Just keep in mind that it doesn't provide the same dense mineral profile as traditional mineral water. Since it's built for flavor over deep hydration, you might find your throat feels a bit dry an hour or two later, so mineral springwater should remain a staple in your dehydration maintenance. Still, I enjoy this as a healthy alternative that "hits the spot" over all the garbage on the market today!
This product is said to help Diabetics lower their Glucose Readings. The product was so expensive I have not been drinking them as fast as I should. Diabetics are always looking for something to drink in addition to all the water we drink...if this was less expensive...I would drink more. Maybe Walmart could stock more Napal Cactus products to help us.
Simply put: I just didn't like the taste and I had somewhat of a dry throat an hour or two later. I think it's the lemon additive. But then again, "to each his own." i'm sure there's a lot of people out there that will just look at the health benefits that are claimed, and appreciate the watermelon taste.
I had high hopes for this cactus water since I train about five days a week and wanted something to support hydration during intense workouts. It is refreshing and easy to drink, but I did not notice a significant improvement in hydration or performance during harder training sessions. Overall, it is good for everyday use, but it did not meet my expectations for high intensity workouts.
