Best British TV Series
Call the Midwife takes place in the 1960's to present in the East End in England. I have bought every season from season 1 through 8 as it covers the period of my teen years and covers a multitude of medical problems the midwives take care of. It also shows me how life wasn't so different in England in comparison to the USA. I love this series and happy to see they will be continuing this show, so far, to season 15. I even bought a set of season 1 through 8 for my best friend who also grew up in the USA during the times of Call the Midwife. Best series on British TV.
