Callaway Chrome Soft Golf Balls, 12 Pack, White

The Callaway Chrome Soft is a high quality golf ball. Great combination of distance off the tee and feel on/around the green. I've switched from Titleist and couldn't be happier.

Soft feel with great ball control, and costs much less than the others without the loss of quality. I have changed completely from Titleist for no other reason than cost. Why pay almost double when you get the same quality for less.

Every major golf manufacturer makes a good premium golf ball. I'm sure most golfers could play any of them with equal success. But, after saying this, I played the 2020 Chrome Soft for the first time. By far the best ball I've played. Longer off the tee, about a club longer for irons. What I was really impressed with was the spin on my approach shots. I've played balls before that checked up. I hit a handful of approach shots with the chrome soft that took that one bounce and spun back. Great feel for chip shots and great feel off the putter.

As a player who is practicing to take the PGA test to become certified to teach. Its very important to select the very best equipment to get the Job done. I have played the Titleist Pro V1X for Many Years , So if your Looking for someone who is gonna Bash Titleist you WON'T find it Here. I Have been playing Callaway Irons for years and recently purchased the 2019 APEX CF19 4-A. I decided to Play the New 2020 Chrome Soft. I do NOT Exaggerate about My Game or my skills , When I Hit the CS I was absolutely Stunned, I had 140 from the pin and was Hoping to leave it short of the Pin and Allow it release towards pin. I took a 9 iron and I flew it over the Green. This happened Shot after shot after Shot. I carried EVERY ball on average of 20 yards further than any ball I have ever hit. I was able to work the ball at will, Draw, Fade, High, Low, Spin Them Back, Allow them to release , 1 Hop Stop, Hook it , Slice it. The only 2 things I have to get used to is the Putting and Yardages. If you Try this Ball you WILL become a Believer. You owe it to yourself and You owe it to the game.

To be honest I was never a fan of the previous Chrome Soft balls. They just felt heavy, without much spin and trajectory for me. What a difference with the new ball. I've now played 3 rounds and am totally impressed with this ball. It does everything I want a ball to do. Don't get me wrong. The Prov1 is a great ball, but it always felt a little jumpy and unpredictable to me. The Chrome Soft doesn't. It's extremely consistant. I'm making the switch. Great job Callaway!!

I rated these ball before and love them - control and spin around the greens is great. I don't spin the ball much but these stop within a 3-4 feet of landing or closer and I like that. The Truvis looks is attractive to me because it shows spin on pitches and chips and easy to see tracking on putts. The finish is pretty durable. I played a ball recently for 45 holes. The red "spots" were still very clear and only scuffed by tree or cart path. I was also surprised that "Chrome Soft" is generally longer - for me - than "Chrome Soft X". I like both but prefer the "Soft".

Ok, let me start off by saying I've been a loyalist to another brand for many years. However, I've had to switch to the yellow ball because I see it better. I've waited as have others for the other brand to market a yellow ball in their tour ball but for some reason they've refused to do so. I'm sure with the release of the Chrome Soft in Yellow, Callaway has converted allot of players like me who have waited for yellow Tour ball like the Chrome Soft. It's simply the best ball I've ever used. Love the distance off the tee and the spin around the greens is second to none. Great ball Callaway, I even swapped out the other brands irons for a set of the Apex cf16 and couldn't be happier. I'd be interested to know how many others like me have made the switch from brand x to the Chrome Soft Yellow.

I bought these from Callaway after reading they had improved their quality control. I think I like the balls, but I can't get past the fact they couldn't print their name on them properly. I paid a premium, to the manufacturer and expected more than misprints.

When I opened the box the balls inside did not mstch what they should have been. Someone had switched the ball to a cheaper quality ball. I gave the balls to the person that brought them out and he told me to call the 800 number for the credit.
