Excellent Tool for any Golfer
This is a great tool for any golfer and helps avoid unnecessary back problem from bending over to pick up golf balls. I have used it a few times and it appears to work well.

I did not receive it yet but I have seen it in person at the golf course. It does seem very sturdy so I have to be careful when using it.

jams frequently
I use "almost golf balls" and have seen this product demo'd with the same balls on video, but apparently either it doesn't work consistently or mine is faulty.

Callaway golf caddy
the quality of this product is poor, this is the second purchase of the item the original lasted almost 4 years the 2nd started falling apart in 2 weeks.
