Callaway Supersoft Golf Balls, 12 Pack

I bought a box of these balls on recommendation from my local golf store, and played my first round with them today. The spin off the driver was low, and I found I was driving a little farther and straighter than i was with my previous balls (maxfli revolutions). The feel around the greens was excellent, and it's the first round I've played with only 1 ball. I am very impressed with these balls. I'm looking forward to seeing how durable they are in future rounds, but i would definitely go buy another few boxes so i had them all season.

I don't know my swing speed but it certainly isn't in the high range. These balls produce the distance and softness around greens that fit my game. These are low compression balls so probably not suitable for higher swing speeds but they're perfect for me. And the price is unbeatable. These are quality new balls. Not Xouts or logo balls. For the price there's no reason not to try them.

Why is Callaway afraid to list the compression of their various balls. The only reason I tried the super soft is because Golf Magazine wrote about it and listed the compression. The super soft has a slightly higher compression than the duo, and I like the feel better.

This is a great ball for distance and for putts. Would definitely buy more and Walmart has the best price.

Great ball. Not the longest but great feel and control. Love the way it feels on impact and resists spin better than other balls of its kind like the Bridgestone E6.

Tried a sleeve of Callaway Super Soft balls today and was more than pleased. Boy do they bite on the green and I picked up about 10 yards with my Callaway X-RAY driver. But the putting!! Made a 45- footer on 1 to save par and a 24- footer for birdie on 2. Wound up with 10 one-putts and 26 for the round, tying my all- time best as I shot 82 after several 90 rounds this month. WOW!!

I bought a dozen of these balls for when I play in the frigid winter of the Northeast US. I must say that the Supersoft in cold weather feels just like a higher price point premium competitor ball. I love how soft it feels coming off the face of the club. What's cool about them is that they don'St spin too much when you hit driver, they check up pretty well around the green, and they putt really soft.

I got a couple sleeves of these at a corporate outing out of the country. They were the only balls I had and didn't even look to see what they were. After a few holes I realized the balls seemed to jump off the club face and had a really unique feel around the greens. I brought 5 of the six balls home, one stayed at the bottom of a pond in the Bahamas. I have a variety of premium balls that I chip and putt with to see which I like best. ChromeSoft's usually are my favorite ball, but I might even prefer the Supersofts around the green. Their feel and performance are excellent, and if cost is a concern, I'd take a dozen Supersofts over any ball out there. The only negative is the golf snob factor if you play with guys that look down their noses at balls that don't cost 50 bucks a dozen.

I usually play Chromesoft but decided to give the Supersoft a try. Everyone says these aren't for higher swing speeds, but I couldn't disagree more. My driver swing speed is usually between 105-110 mph. I would say I even gained distance off the tee compared to the Chromesoft. I absolutely love the feel of this ball with irons and wedges. No issues with the ball holding greens. I had one shot roll off the back my first round out with these but that was more than likely due to the lie as I was playing out of deep rough with an 8 iron. I also had an uphill shot into a par 5 from 190 out and held the green with a 5 iron. Full wedges backed up regularly and pitch shots played fairly similar to the Chromesoft. Highly recommend these especially if you like the feeling of a soft golf ball.
