I was worried after reading some reviews about battery problems, but my experience has been different.We've been using this tablet for a couple of weeks now and the battery life has been normal. No overheating messages and no sudden shutdowns. My kid uses it mostly for videos and games and it lasts a good amount of time.

We bought this as a Christmas gift. I did like the clarity of the screen and durability of the case. However, it would randomly shut off and wouldn't come back on for 1-3 hours. The charger overheated from the start and quit working unless you hand it angle in a specific way. We decided to return it.

Item description says 10-hour battery, specs say up to 7 hours, and both are WAY off... 2 hours is maximum for us before it dies and needs to be charged. Major league disappointment, because we like everything else about this tablet (great speed, nice amount of storage, good graphics, parental controls, etc.) but its all a moot point when you can literally watch the battery charge percentage tick down as you are using it.

This is the worst tablet I have ever purchased. I bought 2 of these, one for each of my children. One tablet will show an 80 battery percentage but then power off completely and show that the battery is drained. Now it gives a warning of the battery temperature being high and the tablet shutting down without even 5 full minutes of use. When trying to contact the seller, I recieved no assistance at all.

I had gotten the green cased one for my older son and it's perfectly fine. I got the blue cased one for my younger son and the battery dies in less than an hour after being charged 80-85% as I know it's not good to charge a battery to 100%. Defective battery. I don't reccommend this one.

I bought this tablet on 2/17 for my grand daughter's Birthday. It worked great but now 3/23 it just shuts off and gives a code that it is overheating!! Very disappointed in this tablet. Thought it would be great as it holds allot of storage. But now it just shuts off
