Wonderful product for my mom who tends to trip and fall a lot. I am in the basement. She is in the upstairs so there is some division between us so this helps alert me when she needs something. The amount of chimes are awesome. You can select from so many different sounds and alerts it also blinks blue has three different settings. Wonderful for peace of mind. Chime unit plugs into wall and call buttons have very easily replaceable batteries and comes with a wonderful lanyard feature or a sticky feature to attach it to a wall like in a bathroom.

We purchased these after my dad had a stroke. We placed one in the bathroom, on bed posts, and he can just wear one around his neck if we is walking outside. they work very well and have great range/reach at unbelievable distance from the house. The only thing we would like to see in a future model of the receivers that plug into the electrical outlet is the ability to retain the programming after a short power outage. Currently they reset to default settings if the power only goes out for a few seconds.

Caregivers can rest assured with this pager system. Directions are easy to understand. It is easy to set up. I recommend it.

i bought this because my mother has been falling. unfortunately, we had to use it last week because she fell and i needed help from my husband. it worked perfectly

this device works great for us. the call button is easy for my 93 yr old mother to press. im hoping the batteries pre installed last a long time. the call button lights up when it stops youll need to change the battery ( the screwdriver for it wasnt in the box but not a big deal ill just use one i have) the call button rings both recievers at the same time which will make the aaa batteties in the portable need to be changed more often. there is an off button but it looks like its only to turn the call sound off not the device unless you take out the batteries. this device definitely gives me peace of mind. we were using the tap on the wall or yelling my name method before to get my attention. its not a device that stays on long so so your loved will have to re press their call button again if you missed hearing or seeing the flash.

As someone who takes care of their elderly grandmother. This has been a life saver. I can talk to her through the cameras I installed when she needs me. It has given me a tad bit of freedom.

Probuct is such a life saver. My mom sick dying from cancer. i moved her in with me. this product saved us. after she passed. the kids started using it when they are sick to call me.

Great alarm for the price. My only complaint is most of the alarms sound like doorbells, need something more like an alarm clock, or even be able to record your own, so it says "I need help!"

im a caretaker of family member whos bedroom is on 1st floor when needed ehe just pushes the button ..the only problem is receiver is quiet large for plug outlet..

supposed to be 3 battery receiver and got 2 plug in and one battery. tried to contact company and no response
