Liked the item really work for the cost, money well spent

I like the different alert sounds. The first alarm sound was like our doorbell. So it was nice to be able to change the alarm sound. It's much smaller than I expected but that's good. The only problem I had was a substitution giving me two portable receivers/alarms but no plug in the wall receiver/alarm. I'm able to sleep in the other room knowing that when I am needed for help the patient, my husband, can buzz me with the alarm.

I recently brought my mom home from the hospital after having a stroke. This has been a big help when I'm in other parts of the house and she needs something.

Great that it came with 3 call buttons and two care giver receivers

Item not as described: (1) package included 2 wireless receivers instead of 1 wireless and 1 plug-and-play, as advertised (2) no belt clip included for wireless receiver (3) no vibrate function for receiver (4) buttons say “SOS” instead of “call,” as advertised in photos (5) wireless receivers require charging via cable (wall adapter not included) rather than batteries

Came with three buttons that say sos on them and two usb charging receivers, no belt clip, nothing that plugs into the wall with a circle of lights! Very disappointed but really need this but very disappointed because it's nothing like in the pictures at all!

I can't figure out how to set it up

Broke after 2 months -alarm wouldn't cut off unless you removed the battery.
