Like another reviewer, I never received the 4 packs I ordered. They were “lost in the mail”, and when I asked for them to be reshipped, they told me “due to the issue we have encountered with this order what we can do to resolve your issue is to provide a full refund on this order.” How does that make sense?! I'm starting to think there were never sent in the first place.
