It uses more coffee frounds than my last one did. (Different brand). But the flavor of the latte is EXCELLENT !
It’s a little hard to get the filter out after you make it, but the machine works GREAT so far! We’ve been using it every day for a month with no problems.
I've been using this machine every day for about 3 years and it is consistently performs well and makes delicious lattes! Simple to use and clean- I love mine. This was a gift from my husband.
I have had this machine for about 4 years now and it still works beautifully. It’s very straightforward and incredibly easy to use. I come from using a much more expensive machine that was heavier and more complicated. The steaming on some more expensive machines has a longer delay or a way to start it but this machine just starts the steaming after switching to that setting. This machine also isn’t terribly loud but it does make noise as do most machines. It’s very easy to refill with water and it’s very easy to clean anywhere on the machine. I love this espresso machine so much, it’s so easy to use and it’s lasted me a long time!
I've had my Temp iQ machine since August of 2021. That would mean I've had it for 4 years and 2+ months, or, ~1520 days. I'd like to say I've used it daily since the day it arrived - but there have been a handful of days a year where I'm not at home in the morning. With that said, I've pulled at least 2-3 double-shots per morning with it for the days I am home. I guess usually more like 4-5 doubles, evenings included, for 1-2 people. That puts me at around ~3600 shots of espresso... And it's still going strong. I've noticed one thing, though, is that if I don't let it warm up fully, my shots aren't quite as hot as they should be. That's pretty straight-forward. The light goes solid, which tells me I can then start the brewing/pressing. But I think I need to be more patient. You know how mornings go, though. Overall, I've been super-duper happy with it, and I would recommend it to basically anyone who wants a super solid machine that's really easy to maintain and use.
The price goes into the great quality. The only thing I was not expecting is the portafilter to require so much strength to twist into position when grounds are in filter.
Love that it provides an even temperature distribution I can choose that my drink is the temperature I want it. Love the steam wand, easy to clean. Little bit of a learning curve as was my first espresso machine it easy to follow instructions with dial to choose drink selection. Not as overwhelming as other espresso makers, would be better for beginner but still high quality drinks. Fits well/blends with other appliances on my countertop. Would recommend
DO NOT BUY ESSPRESSO MACHINES FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent almost 1K in machines, the very expensive module of this one, with the coffee grinder. The first one didn't make it to two years. The second didn't make it to three. Because they are out of warranty there is "nothing they can do". The first one was within warranty and I had to fight to get authorization to send it in for "evaluation", and then got sick and missed the deadline. They wouldn't honor it. I wanted to just get them fixed, even if there was a fee. Nope. They won't even do that, or help at all. They told me to just buy another. Absolutely disgusting, disappointing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this machine as a gift from a raffle. Unfortunately it leaks from where the tank meets the tray on the back of the machine. I called thinking I could buy a new gasket. Nope, they don't have parts and because it was a gift without a receipt I can't send it back for warranty repair. So now I have this really cool looking paperweight.
I bought this in November 2025, 5 months ago I've had nothing but problems. It began to leak water underneath the water source if you do two or more drinks. Now it won't turn on the cord somehow has a short in it. Such a disappointment!
