Must have for all kitchens
I've never purchased anything that I didn't love. Nonstick is amazing. Easy cleanup and cooks evenly.

Turkey Roast
To roast a turkey, needs more space between bottom of pan and wire rack. All else it will do fine. Rack easy to clean with the nonstick feature.

Non stick rack coating comes off
We have used our rack approx. 4 times to make a turkey. The pan works well and cleans up super well. But small portions of the rack have started to chip away. Expected this to last longer, especially given the limited use. Would like to find a way to recoat or purchase a new rack.

Love it but...
I love this set and use it almost regularly. However the coating is chipping off the rack and starting to rust.

Very Disappointed
Generally, I love Calphalon products but this roasting pan and rack are disappointing. The pan is lovely and cleans up easily. Unfortunately, the very first time I used the pan and rack, the paint chipped off the rack while we were washing it. We had cooked a boneless leg of lamb at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, followed by another 45 minutes at 325. So we we were within the allowed 450 degree-limit. Now, I'm afraid to use the rack again because I might get paint chips in whatever I am cooking. This is an expensive single-use product.

Love the pan but the rack was defective
This is a great pan, unfortunately the nonstick coating from the rack comes off after normal use and only using it a few times for holidays. This is dangerous given all we've heard about nonstick coating in recent years. I've tried to find a replacement rack to no avail.
