Excellent pan - this is actually our second one, as we gave our old one to our son to use in his kitchen.

We absolutely love our new 5qt frying pan with lid! It's light weight is a plus, and it's really non-stick!

My parents gave this to me for Christmas one year. It's lasted over a decade and still looks brand new! It's great for cooking almost anything since it's a good depth too. I am southern so cooking gumbos and shrimp and grits are two of my favorite dishes with this pan. Cooks evenly and love that it has a clear lid that I can use with my other pot! I love my Calphalon pots and pans - I'd love to try some new ones. Super easy to clean and store too.

The functionality is very efficient to use. The material make its safe to help the risk of been burn, the construction of the pan make its very easy to storage. During the cooking process the pan distribution of heat is very make cooking easy and fast.

We love all your products. But I noticed the metal handle on the lid gets hot when you cook. It surprised me the first time I used it. Other then that very nice pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is great, love having glass lids. Handle makes it hard to fit in dishwasher, so I usually handwash (bummer). I wish there was a way to have removable handles on the large pans. Performance has been very good, use a few times a week.

Much lighter weight than the one I replaced and used for about 15 years. Hope this new one holds up as long. My original 12" lidded pan was manufactured in Toledo, OH ... sigh ...

This is the second time I have purchased this pan but after just using the new pan three times on my glass top the pan has warped on me. It is no longer flat on the bottom. I replaced my original pan after seven years because the coating on the inside of the pan was wore out, it never warped on me.
