Calphalon Contemporary Hard-Anodized Aluminum Nonstick Cookware, Omelette Pan, 10-inch, Black

I was looking for a pan that could actually cood stick free with out oil. This is it. Eggs and veggies do not stick. easy cleaning too!

Is not a bad pan but I is not a good pan for cooking meats. Meats tend to lose flavor or they have an after taste. . They are mainly good for heating and easy to clean.

My husband and I spent a great deal of time deciding the type of cookware we wanted to purchase, one that would fit our needs and last a long time. We choose Calphalon Contemporary nonstick after much debate. We've had it for only a month and so far have been disappointed. We are careful to only use coated or wooden utensils and in fact bought new ones to make sure no scratching would occur. After just a month we have noticed two pans with marks on the bottom. We only hand wash and have been extra careful yet, the scratches appeared. We had high hopes for our decision but we are ultimately disappointed.

I've been loyal to Calphalon for nearly 30 years, and own nearly 20 pieces of cookware alone! I'm a pretty serious cook, and I CARE about my investment. I've NEVER used the wrong utensils on them or put them in the dishwasher. I have sworn by the hard anodized but bought the nonstick 8-inch Fry Pan set for convenience about 3 years ago. The surface started flaking off and the handle is coming loose. I couldn't even get a Holiday omelet out of the pan. It's unuseable now!
