It was scratched on the rim in several places. I was very disappointed. It is ok for use because it is on the rim, but it didn't look brand new.

not bad but
Is not a bad pan but I is not a good pan for cooking meats. Meats tend to lose flavor or they have an after taste. . They are mainly good for heating and easy to clean.

Great product, arrived badly damaged
This would be our second 8 inch Calphalon pan, but it arrived with severe damage around the edges of the pan. There is no damage to the packaging, so I believe that the pan went into the shipping box in this condition. I will be returning this.
