I've used non-stick cookware before but nothing compares to this cookware. I can actually cook without any kind of fat if I want, unless I use it for flavor. Easy cleanup is a big plus. I haven't put anything in the dishwasher since it is so easy to clean with a dish towel in hot soapy water. I'm so glad I found this set to replace my 15-year-old hard anodized Calphalon set. (After so long some pieces were showing pitting and the bottoms had warped.)

This 4.5 qt pot is the perfect size for in-between cooking; large enough to cook a smaller amount of pasta without boiling over and big enough to cook extra servings of rice when company comes. The extra .5 versus a standard 4 qt makes a surprising difference! It is great for a couple with no children at home as well as busy parents/grandparents who need to feed kids first. It stores easily and is well made. The size transitions with you throughout a lifetime. I bought this pot five-ish years ago after our boys were grown. I bought another for our second home because it has become the one pot I can't be without. One of our sons with three children used the pot while staying in our second home. He raved about the pot and used it daily. Guess what he got for Christmas?

The perfect accompaniment to my other calphalon pieces. Looking forward to purchasing more in the future. It's just the right size for preparing small meals.

My new pan has now become my favorite. Love the shape it's big enough without being to wide where when using multiple pans I have to jockey them around on the stove top. I've used it multiple times and it cooks and cleans up beautifully.

This is the perfect size for a large pot of rice or pasta - when we need something larger than a boiler but don't need to drag out the giant stock pot. It was a Christmas gift, and we've already used it.

Beautifully well-made product. The nonstick surface appears to be very durable and is extremely easy to clean. My wife was looking for such a product and she is very happy with it.

I have no words I love this pot I did know I was going to use this pot as much as I have soups stews and we don't do a lot of frying we stew a lot of our meats

Love Calphalon products in general and these two items are no exception. Cooking with them is a breeze and I can fry without having to use Pam. Very Happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very expensive, I only use silicone spoons and even then they soon become marked on the bottom of the pan and ugly due to the use of fire outside the pan, I kept buying them after I have a very large collection but I don't think the value is valid, being cheaper could exchange faster for new ones!
