Calphalon Nonstick Bakeware 5x10-inch Loaf Pan

I specifically bought these pans to bake pumpkin bread. I make a lot of oumpkin bread because it is a favorite of all friends & family. There is never left overs. These pans were perfect this baking project. I love that they are nonstick and even baking.

I got a set of six as a gift and I love them. The person who said they were hard to clean, I do not know what she baked in them but I will suggest to her to try soaking them overnight with some warm water and soap and she should not have any trouble washing them in the morning. I make perfect banana bread and pumpkin bread in mines

Using these reminds me of the ones we used in my grandfathers bakery...even baking...no soggy middle...and super easy to clean...love them so much we just purchased more backward.

After doing some research for the best loaf pans, I came across another very popular commercial company that makes aluminzed steel loaf pans. I cam across the calaphalon and decided to try it first. I use the loaf pan for high hydration, sticky sourdough bread and bake it at 425°F with no problems. I can literally just tip the pan sideways and the bread always falls out, regardless if there's burnt on cheese or anything else. I highly recommend and will most likely buy at least a couple more to have on hand for baking multiple loaves at a time.

This probably is not authentic Calphalon. Received as gift gift and used today for first time. Attached to the bottom of the pumpkin bread was the non-stick coating peeled from the pan. Also this pan does not have the/any four digit number plus letter in it. My existing pan shows number B4010. My existing pan and this pan from Walmart look identical but do not act identical... It felt like I had a piece of plastic in my mouth and it was the nonstick coating. Really glad I did not swallow it! This pan is going back to Walmart store Im at aThis pan is going back to Walmart store, ASAP :-(

I would not recommend this product. The folds in the pan make it very difficult to clean and to get completely dry. Neither hand washing, nor the dishwasher, get it completely clean. I will be buying a different brand and style. This is so poorly designed.
