Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick 11-Inch Square Griddle Pan

So far this pan has been good, I've been careful to heat it slowly and de-heating slowly as well, no warpage noticed, time will tell. The non-stick works very well, it is not as thick as my previous one (15 yrs. old), but the retailers don't mention the thickness in their descriptions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this pan for many products and it always deliver as expected. I don't wash it but wipe it clean with a paper towel. I expect several years of use.

I use low heat and everything comes out good. My daughter had one for 20 years and thats why I bought one. Things will stick if you don't use some oil or butter.

I had a Calphalon square griddle pan for over 10 years. I loved everything about it until the non-stick surface began to scratch off. I was delighted to find this replacement, which is a tiny bit larger and has an enhanced non-stick, scratch resistant surface. I was a little concerned that the handle might conduct heat because it isn't rubber coated like the old one. But it's just fine. It doesn't get hot at all. Thanks for an excellent product!

This pan was a gift and hasn't been used yet, but if it lives up to my experience with a similar Calphalon pancake pan, it will be great.

I have used this type of square griddle pan from Calphalon for years for making pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. and loved the quality and non-stick features. Highly recommend this product

We bought this same griddle pan many years ago. We used it primarily for pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. Easy to clean and sized right for storage. We bought the new griddle to keep at home, the old one was taken to our vacation home.

Wonderful product. Easy care and doesn't scratch when using metal utensils.

Decent pan. It is better than the cheap ones you can get at discount home goods stores, but not top of the line. It washes well and it is mostly flat inside the pan. The butter and oil doesn't stay in the center and pools in the corners.
