Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick 16-Inch Roasting Pan with Rack

You can't go wrong with Calphalon Cookware. Cooked a 14lb turkey with vegetables and cleanup on this roasting pan was a breeze.

The Calphalon premier hard anodized nonstick 16 inch roasting pan that it comes with the rack is absolutely wonderful. Is a perfect sash for me to cook a roast in for my family. It is very, very easy to clean. It is not heavy at all, and my food does not stick.

The Calphalon Roaster Rack is fantastic! It's sturdy, well-built, and fits perfectly in my roaster or large baking pan. The design allows for even airflow around meat and vegetables, giving a perfectly roasted, crispy finish every time. Cleanup is easy, and it's durable enough to handle heavy roasts without bending. We recently moved so we decided to buy all new pots and pans, so of course, we bought Calphalon again. I love how the pots look and how easy they are to clean. The fact that my new Calphalon pots and pans are dishwasher safe is one the best attribute of the set. Calphalon makes cooking fun again!

The roaster can be used on the stovetop, so making gravy from roast drippings right in the roaster pan. Food releases from the pan very easily and I love that it's metal utensil safe and dishwasher safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roaster is plenty big for all my needs. I like that it has a rack that has handles to make it easy for me to lift things out of it. Cleanup is fairly easy. Some stuff did stick to it so I did have to soak it for some time, but other than that it wasn't too bad. It seems to be made pretty good and time will tell on how well it stays nonstick.
