Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick 3.5-Quart Sauce Pan with Pour and Strain Lid

I'm very happy with this saucepan. The strainer is a great addition and makes draining a variety of items much easier. In the last two years I've been cooking a lot at home and nonstick cookware is the way to go. Not only is cooking easier with this nonstick saucepan cleaning up is much better, too.

Pleased with the performance and cleaning of pan. The built in pour cover makes cooking items like carrots and potatoes easy to strain from pan directly. The size seems just right for most cooking items for dinner needs. Great Product.

Overall really great sauce pan for many cooking needs. The only thing this pan doesn't cook well is rice due to the fact that the lid has holes (for a purpose) on two sides. Other than that, we're happy with our purchase.

Well built. Sturdy. The lid allows steam to escape without making a mess on the stove top. Would recommend.

An excellent saucepan. However, I previously had the anodized aluminium professional pots, not non-stick, which I find superior. It is a pity that you no longer make them.

Not quite as quickly conducting of heat as the old Calphalon pot it replaced. Is it the anodized finish that does that? Otherwise, quite satisfied.

This Calphalon pot has become one of my kitchen staples. The size is perfect for making soups, pasta, sauces, or even small batches of stews, and it heats evenly without hot spots. I've noticed that the nonstick surface really does its job—food doesn't cling, and cleanup is quick with just a sponge and a bit of soap. The handle feels sturdy and stays cool while cooking, which is a big plus. It's also surprisingly lightweight for how durable it feels, and the glass lid lets me keep an eye on things without lifting it. After several months of use, there's no peeling or scratching, even with frequent cooking.
