Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware, 11-Inch Square Griddle

This skillet was just as advertised. Heats up well and finish is excellent. Just don't drop it. I did and now my handle is slightly loose. I use it mainly for making my flour tortillas. It cooks them perfectly.

Perfect for making breakfast sandwiches. Can fit four large egg rings on this skillet. I bought my first calphalon cookware in 1980. I'm still using it. All my cookware is Calphalon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this non stick pan. Calphalom 11” griddle on. I always cook 1 pancake at a time for pancake Sunday. It so frustrating cause I like to get things done quick. This pan is awesome. I can put up to 6 small dollar slapjacks and 4 medium. I heat it up nice an slowly and when it reaches temperature on medium-low I then pour in the pancake mix. The pancakes come out so golden. I do t need Too much butter at all. They don't stick and flip easy. Perfection ever time. I highly recommend this griddle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle has become my new best friend in the kitchen. It's great for just about anything you want to cook. Grilled cheese, pancakes, eggs and bacon etc. None of the foods I have cooked on this griddle have stuck to it. It can be used safely on any stove top and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. It's big enough to fit more than one item at a time so you're able to feed the family in one setting. The handle is easy to grip and doesn't get hot while cooking and it has a loop hole at the top so it can easily be stored on a pot rack or wall mount. I would recommend the Calphalon nonstick griddle

It's not as heavy weight as the same model that we replaced but it still cooks very well. It sure is nice not having our eggs not stick again.

It's my Go-To pan for pancakes, tortillas and warming flatbreads, but design with even warming makes it superb at the perfect grilled cheese or fried eggs. Used almost every day!

Have lots of Calphalon but this one is the best. Finally over easy eggs without breaking them trying to get them off the pan AND you can use metal utensils. Love this pan, highly recommend.

Decent Griddle But was really expecting more from this pricey Griddle. The only issue that I found is when you heat it, the center of the griddle tend to bulge a bit making the batter spread unevenly towards the side. I wish the brand like Calphalon could have take care of such things!!
