Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware 2.5-Quart Sauce Pan with Cover

I love Calphalon cookware!!! I have a set of space saver Calphalon cookware and just needed one more. That style was unavailable so I went with Premier and am extremely happy with it. My husband even likes them.

The best pan ever, I got this same style pan 40 years ago, and after that long of using almost every day, it started to loose it's finish. So I just got another pan and love it. Great products. I have three other size pans from your company and love them, and easy clean up also.

I love this pan but warning it is not part of the stackable sets

Great size pan for sauces and smaller portions! This is the second one I be had… it's great now that it's dishwasher safe and metal utensils are ok!

Love the pan, the nonstick works beautifully and is a nice even cook. But the lid is almost as heavy as the pan! It makes it more difficult to pull and use than necessary.

The Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick Sauce Pan is excellent quality. The nonstick surface works perfectly—food doesn't stick, and cleanup is super easy. It heats evenly, which makes cooking sauces and soups simple without worrying about burning. The pan feels sturdy, and the handle stays cool while cooking. Though it is much smaller than the 2.5qt pan I replaced, it does hold 2.5 qts but not much room for error!

Great saucepan. I deducted two stars because the pour spout indent in the pan allows steam to escape during cooking rice, even with the lid rotated so the perforated holes are not aligned w/ pour spout. This seeming design flaw causes improper rice cooking..

Shallower than my previous Calphalon 1.5 quart pan. Too small for my adjustable steamer which extends over the top of the pan, so steam cannot be contained in the pan. I use the steamer to cook all my vegetables. Luckily, I have another 1.5 quart pan that works for this purpose. But now can't cook two veggies at the same time. Disappointing!

Had previous 2.5 quart that came as part of complete Calphalon set that was much better quality in terms of pot thickness and weight. Will have to carefully watch and not cook anything on high to avoid easily burning meals with this pot. Disappointed with this purchase.
