Calphalon Premier Space Saving 1.5 Qt Hard Anodized Nonstick Saucepan w/Lid

I was very hesitant to spend this kind of cash on a pan. I finally bit the bullet and purchased this one. Nearly all my cookware and Toaster Oven are Calphalon. This sauce pan has made a world of difference in how nearly anything turns out. It's dense material and ability to retain heat and perfect temp control makes it well worth it

When I first used this saucepan, the unique handle/lid design felt a bit strange compared to a traditional pan. It took a few times to adjust, but once I did, I appreciated how secure and comfortable it felt while cooking. What seemed odd at first has become my favorite part of the saucepan.

Pros - Very high quality, nice fitting clear glass lid, non stick surface works very well, and set stacks easily in cabinets. Cons - Expensive, heavy, and handles get hot

I love my Caphalon stackable pot set. Very heavy, excellent quality and love the stackable feature. Just trying to find more pieces here and there to increase my set. Highly recommend these.

I bought the small sauce pan as an add on for a set my husband purchased for me as a gift. I absolutely love these pans! Easy to clean, even when you burn something. Being able to stack these saves space in my drawers and lids are easy to see what's cooking and line up nice in the dishwasher.

Purchased to combine with a set of the same style. Have owned for several years and have never had a problem. Pleased with the way they nest and reduce storage space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to order this 1.5-quart sauce pan to complete my set after I purchased a 10-pc set as a Christmas Gift. I am in love with these pans!!! Nothing sticks in them, and cleanup is so easy!! They distribute heat so evenly that I have not experienced hot spots on any of the pans. I plan on ordering other size pans in the Calphalon Premier Space-Saving Hard-Anodized line and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Excellent cooking and easy cleanup. The lid is flat with a handle that overlaps the pot handle. Great for stacking but a bit of a pain when putting in dishwasher - takes up more space than a conventional pot lid.

Because of additional piece with rivets makes it heavier and harder to clean than similar Calphalon sauce pans. Not sure what the purpose of this piece is apart from stacking. If this is the case, I think the cons outweigh the pros.
