Calphalon Signature Nonstick 10-Inch Omelette Pan

My old 10" pan needed replaced and this matched my set perfectly. I've used it a number of times already and it has exceeded my expectations. Heavy duty and great quality!

Food won't stick, but don't call it "Non Stick" because it is so much better than traditional nonstick pans that are coated with something that can scratch and eventually wear off and end up in your food. These anodized aluminum pans are naturally nonstick. I use it strictly for cooking eggs or omelets. Like eggs over easy? Here you go. So easy to flip on first try. You don't buy these pans to sear steaks on high heat. You use them for nonstick medium temp cooking like fried or scrambled eggs.

We really like our new omelette pan. It is made with high quality. We have bought this item before and liked it. The new one we purchased is even better. Every omelette is perfect. Would buy this pan again.

What's not to love about the Calphalon Signature series pans? Stovetop to oven to dishwasher without fuss. Solid weight. I have this 10inch in a 12inch size, too.

Fantastic Quality and Functionality, with even heating

I thought I was a horrible cook before I got this pan, I figured that I was using horrible quality pans. Non sticky, durable, easy to clean!

This is a very heavy duty pan with a nice weight and finish. It is especially good for making omelettes or scrambled eggs since it's easy to scrape along the inside edge. The pan is flared out on the edge. I have not had it too long but looks like it will last for a while!

Amazing non-stick pan which is great for fried eggs and saute vegetables. Also, easy cleanup!!

So far it's been great. Purchased to replace an older Calphalon non stick pan that was showing its age. Only gripe is cleaning around the handle anchor points in the pan.

Great ergos, outstanding heat distribution, and good non-stick surface. The only complaint is that the non-stick seems a little softer than usual. We've had it for a couple of weeks and it already has scratches on it...not all the way through the coating, but I can see the scratches. We always use plastic or wood cooking utensils on our non-stick surfaces, and I was a bit surprised to see the scratches.
