Defective parts and no replacement
I ordered this bed and received it for a week. After opening the boxes, there are two cracked pieces. One of them is a main post of the bottom bunk that its damage can be dangerous for using. I emailed them to replace those two parts and they promised to send them. I was still waiting for over 10 days but didn't get any update. They gave Fedex tracking number but I checked and found they never ship it. I keep sending email to ask the status and their answer is still "have to wait" but don't know when I expect to receive it. I am too patient with them and have to return this bed.
