Ordered two came on three boxes each. Setup was simple just follow instructions. Bed is very sturdy and looks really nice. Love the Espresso color.
I really like the natural color that I bought that was priced comfortably for me. Very satisfied as it is very solid and sturdy. All pieces came in good condition without any defects. It is pretty heavy upon delivery - so be prepared to get help bringing packages in. It is definitely a 2 person job and will take awhile to complete. We took breaks and was prepared for this. All pieces are numbered and instructions are well organized. Overall I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
The bed is very well made, very sturdy and stable, looks great, and the kids love it. Also, it comes in five boxes, you can imagine my relied when all parts were there and undamaged/broken. However, it's a massive project, it's very time consuming, and you need to be very careful when assembling and following the instructions. The boxes and the parts are very heavy, well, it's solid wood... Great buy overall if you're up to the challenge!
We purchased this bunk bed in the natural finish to use at our cottage. It is very well made. The wood is beautiful. Delivery was fast! It takes some time to assemble, but everything fits together well. It is definitely a two person job when putting the end pieces in place. A wonderful woman, Jenny, took my call when I ordered the bed. She was so helpful. Two weeks after we ordered and received the bed, I noticed that the price had dropped by almost $100. One phone call, and a credit was issued.
Absolutely love this bunk bed. Lots of parts but easy to put together. Solid wood. Kids are going to love this!!

Great look
We received the bed way sooner than expected. Two boxes came ripped open and damaged but I suspect that was FEDEX's fault. Just glad no pieces were missing or damaged. Two people assembled the bed plus trundle in about 3 hours. Not too difficult but instructions could be clearer. One piece of wood was cut a bit wrong but we were able to fix it ourselves for it to work. The ladder is a bit awkward to go up and down but I'm hoping it's something we will get used to. All in all a great bed for the price. I hope it will last a long time.
This bed met all my expectations.
