I love the quality of the paper and the quad lines in the background not competing with my ink lines. Great not to have to deal with a spiral binder. I use these exclusively for taking notes, writing, taking measurements in the field, and sketching designs.
I've used this grid paper for years. It is the only 8-1/2" x 11" grid paper that has a heavy enough paper to last in the weather and wind.
I've been using these pads for a decade and truly view them as integral to taking notes and generating/capturing ideas. As much as I want everything to be digital, I simply haven't found anything that lets me think and document ideas as quickly and easily as pen on paper.
Have been using it for years would never replace this model.
I've been using this product for 15+ years. I use it for planning, for taking notes and any diagrams I need to sketch. I love the graph paper because it provides structure for columns or sections, yet the graph lines are light enough to not get in the way for regular writing. The hard back makes it easy to use anywhere.
I have been writing letters for 30 years. Seems the tech world with IMs, texts, Emails has damaged the hand written, snail mail style. W/E, not the point. I have used a variety of paper companies & none come close to Cambridge/Mead quality. Paper quality, thickness & having no side binding is ideal for writing.

I love this planning pad. Unfortunately, it's impossible to find in stock in stores. I have used the Ampad Planning Pad, but unlike the Mead/Cambridge, it is only quad ruled on one side which I do not prefer because it effectively cuts my number of pages in half. I have been using this paper for decades for drawing both for fun and professionally and I really appreciate that the lines are not to light or too dark. The only thing I have found is some difficulty with the perforation and tearing out pages.
I have purchased this product over the years, because it was the most accurate and faint of print that i could find. This time, the printing was heavy and dark, and the lines somewhat sloppy. This new manner of printing does not allow the grids to disappear upon my copying/scanning of a sketch. The quality of this product is now very similar to that of much less expensive options that can obtained most anywhere.
This is a GREAT graph pad, don't get me wrong! However, I think when you order it online it's outsourced and I paid almost $12 when it's usually $3-4. Thanks for the rip off.
