I used to be the kind of person that thought all flat ware is flat ware. As long as it gets the food to my mouth it has done it's job. No more! This flatware is absolutely gorgeous, heavy duty, comes with a twenty five year warranty, and is a good changer! I have used them every single meal since I got them and will never go back to anything less than these. The forks are not flat like most cheap flatware; they are curved which actually makes a difference! I've had family over and served them with my old flatware and these, they are all just as impressed as I am with Cambridge's flatware! You can literally see yourself in them! The one thing I was worried about was them being mirrored and water spots due to the hard water where I live. The picture I added is this flatware after being hand washed and air dried!!! NO SPOTS! That makes these a game changer as well! I highly recommend these. As soon as you hold one in your hand you wiwhat I mean in this review. They feel so nice, heavier, and you can feel they will last forever. I know for a fact I will not need to buy new flatware for a very long time! If these ever do give out on me, which I highly doubt, I will definitely be purchasing the exact same ones because I am in love with them! As soon as I leave this review I'm going to see if they sell knife sets similar to their flatware. You need these in your life! Get them, you will not be disappointed,. They make your meals taste better! Have you ever got take out and has to use plastic flat ware? It just isn't the same. That is exactly how I would describe this flatware; it just isn't the same as your typical flat ware.

I'm very happy with this silverware set! It is very sleek and contemporary, with thin handles that aren't too bulky for my kids to use. I love the squared shape. They are very comfortable to hold and look elegant and timeless. I'd highly recommend this set, especially if you have young children who are transitioning from children's flatware to adult size.

My wife and I have been married for over ten years and we were still using the cutlery I used before we were married. Our new cutlery is heavier and feels more substantial. Both my wife and I agree our new utilities are much nicer than our older set. It feels solid and is not easily bent during use.It is excellent everyday use cutlery. These would make a great gift for a college student moving into a dorm or as a wedding gift.

These are nice looking, but they super heavy so the utensils trend to fall off your plate when carrying your plate. This takes some getting used to.

Normally I would not say much but we have seen a little rusting after wash once. By little I mean one small edge on the bottom of a knife. Otherwise they are great! I looked at seven other places before choosing this style and set so I think I can deal with one small speck of rust. I also wanted a simple, classic, heavier fee to my flatware and this met the mark

recently got this new Cambridge Silversmiths Readington flatware set to try and I was really pleased with it. For starters the set is forged stainless steel which makes it much more durable than other types of sets and I loved that about it. The look of this set is very basic but not boring, it has a mirror finish and it will go well with most any dishes. I thought the pieces were really comfortable in my hands, and they weren't too heavy or too light. They feel sturdy and well made. One thing I personally noticed is that the dinner fork and dinner spoon were a little on the large side for me personally, but I have always preferred smaller flatware so that is a preference and I didn't feel like these were larger than average. My mom thought they were a normal size and likes them. I also really liked the serrated edges of the set, and they cut very well. I'd recommend this set as a great set for anyone who is interested and wanted to try it.
