Works better then the liquid filled bubble. I recommend it
This type of level is far superior to the liquid bubble levels. They are excellent for RV use.
Removed the little piece of 2 face tape to install a larger piece that covered the entire back side. As for the accuracy of them, close enough to call it good enough.
Tape mounting allows for too much swivel motion so level is undependable. Iner plate fell out of the bezel before mounting and that will allow the face to blow off when traveling unless screw mount is used. Also thought the advertising said 5 inch and it is not, no longer listed to verify.
Save your money and but a bubble level instead. Not accurate.at all. It has to tilt too much for the ball to move.
The curve swings through a great arc, with the result that you can be significantly un-level but the little ball is still pretty much on "0". For levelling an RV, you need something with a much smaller arc, say -5 to +5 degrees, as anything beyond that you can see by eye. That way you actually tell when you're close, but not perfect, and can fine-tune. So this product is far too crude, and will shortly end up in the garbage bin. Also, the adhesive on the double-sided tape was old and dried out, had to remove it, and add fresh tape to get it to stick.
The mounting tape provided on each level is a small square. After one week, the double sided tape let go on the level itself. So the square of tape was still on the trailer, the levels were on the ground. I guess I did a better job of prepping the surface then the manufacturer did. The levels are difficult to read and not very sensitive. You can change level and not see much movement. A bubble level would work better.
