It did not have the tire vale.
I bought the brass blow out plug witch has the tire vale. Delete the photo of the plastic plug because the new design does not have a tire vale.

Doesn't hook up to air hose fitting!
Bought one elsewhere and couldn't use it because it doesn't connect to a standard quick connect air hose fitting....you know the one that everyone has on their air compressor. I tried electrical tape, useless. Tossing the plastic one and getting a brass one that comes ready to use out of the package. Save yourself the frustration.
