Build quality is good. Poorly designed valve mechanism. Will not function if water pressure is too high. Must use a water pressure regulator on RV.
Item came broken, the retainer screws were pulled loose separating the ceramic bowl from the plastic base. I contacted customer service and they were prompt in answering, but forwarded my claim to a warehouse which never responded to me. I finally contacted the original CS and got a refund.
