[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have an RV, but these light holders work perfect for my patio umbrella… they were easy to install, just wrap the holder around a pole then buckle it in, and add the hook. These are made of a silicone type material so can definitely withstand bad weather, but I probably wouldn't want to keep lights out if it's really windy and dumping hard. I will definitely get more to add lights to other parts of my deck.

I use these mainly for hanging up lights and while they work really well once you've gotten them up, it can be a bit weird trying to figure out the best way to use them. Other than that, their material works with pretty much anything that they may be used for.

The adjustability of the straps seems mostly for show, as the thickness of the straps keeps it from staying at an adjusted size reliably. Additionally the hooks themselves pop out very easily. Disappointed overall, but suitable for light use.
