You can stand on it comfortably because it's larger than most of the others. This step stool is very sturdy. Exactly what I was searching for.
Solid feel and wider platform, especially for bigger folks like me, is greatly helpful. I don't trust the fold up plastic units, even though that is a nice feature.
Got 2 of these to use to get in and out of the pool. Works amazing. Holds a lot of weight. Doesnt buckle or dip. Still going strong. Will be ordering more.
Outstanding product and very strong
I weigh over 300lbs, and it was real sturdy, secure and it served it's purpose. Thank you :)
Great size and sturdy. Perfect for using in my closet. I'm 74 and feel secure standing on this.
Room enough to comfortably fit both my feet and nice and sturdy.
The standing surface of this stool is great! I doubt this thing can hold 400 lbs. The legs are angled slightly outward for stability and give a lot of confidence to use the entire standing surface without fear of it tumbling beneath my feet. But, I can feel the legs stress and flex under my weight (170 lbs) when I'm not centered on the standing surface. If you need a stool that can hold 400 lbs with most of the weight on one side, where two legs are supporting the majority of the weight, this is not the stool to use. Two legs of this stool cannot support 400 lbs. So, it's good for everyday home use, but not a good option for a job site or environment where any and all uses for a stool this size must support 400 lbs.
Works okay for what it is, but is a little weak. I put it as a step for our RV and me being 190 lbs, it doesn't seem like it will last that long. But it was priced cheap, so what can I say!
Item slid when stepped and scratched floor as well. Item was returned
