The weight, feel, sewing all say heirloom ! -- The color is also very beautiful - perfect for "antique-chic" or "rustic farmhouse" or "weathered" decors, etc., -- The only thing to consider at all is whether the color is going to match your decor or not. - A thoughtful and diligent thing was done on the seller's page where it says that potential buyers should know that colors can appear different on different computer screens. The color is listed as grey and neutral and , to me , appeared like a medium gray to darker gray with creme-white leaves on my computer screen. When I received it , the coloring , -to me -, looked more "oatmeal with creme white leaves and the leaves had a touch of "tan-ish" on them. -- something absolutely perfect for "antique-chic decor or "rustic farmhouse" decor . Maybe it is my eyes or perception, or maybe it was the computer screen, as the seller's warned -- Again, If you have "antique-chic", " rustic farmhouse" or similar, I think this coloring would be perfectly, beautifully amazing -- . - I unfortunately just re-did my room to a kind of "mid-century" modern look and this for me was not perfect. -- but it is such a beautiful piece that I almost considered re-doing my room again so that I could have this quilt and build the room decor around it -- Yes -- It is that lovely ! -- I reluctantly sent it back only because it did not match my decor and the sellers were gracious enough to allow me .
