I like it . Easy to use. Cuts really good. I always try to buy sun joe product. I ordered a different on but had to put together eras felt flimsy. I sent it right back.

I had high hopes but disappointed
This doesn't cut through a one inch branch without putting a dangerous amount of pressure on the saw. The chains it came with are not sharp and the safety switch for the trigger is faulty. This is going back to Walmart.
