Have used on just one camp out so far but this is a 12 on a scale from 1 - 10! It was great having hot water on tap for cooking, beverages and cleaning. I'm a Scoutmaster so this will get monthly use.
I absolutely love my hot pot. It creates a steady flow of hot chocolate, dishwater, hand-washing, etc. It serves double duty too! I've boiled pasta in it, etc. The handles make it really easy to fill at the spigot. Everyone we camp with comments how utilitarian and useful it is.
This was awesome to have, we just kept it on the burner and it heated up really fast she. We needed hot water.
I bought this to hot chocolate while camping and it has been awesome. Recently used at a church camp out and served over 100 people hot chocolate, I only had to refill it once. Love this thing!
Liked having the spout to empty contents
[Employee of walmartcanada] Great pot that sits on my wood stove for hot water.
Bought this pot last month and have used once while camping. Works as advertised, but leaves a stain at the water level inside. Fills a basic need for hot water at the camp site.
Handy tool for dispensing liquids and heating water....
Just much thinner than expected and unfinished brushed aluminum material. Expected a little sturdier bottom for the price. Not bad for water but the description really didn't say this was meant only for water
Purchased about 2-3 weeks ago. Took it out on a trip to Big Bend with a large group. Camped in an incredibly remote location, many miles and hours to the nearest store of any sort. Put the pot on the stove in the morning to heat water for the group. The incredibly low quality seals around the provided spigot for the pot had failed. I doubt that I overtightened it (in my opinion) the seals are just made of cheap, plastic material. The aluminum pot itself seems to be just fine, but was rendered useless by this spigot and seal that is clearly it's Achilles heal. Would probably be better off just boiling water in a large pot and using a cup to serve hot water which is what we ended up doing. Waste of money unfortunately......
