Immediately upon receiving this griddle , I put it to the test on a 1 week camping trip. On this trip I was cooking breakfast , lunch and dinner for everyone. Now it was not intended to be that way but after the first couple of meals, I along with my Camp Chef griddle were nominated as the camp kitchen. Burgers, Steaks ,Fries, Eggs, Pancakes, Brauts even Salmon ! All was perfectly cooked and had the added benefit of an easy clean up! Heat is evenly dispersed along the entire griddle just manage the temp for what your cooking and sit back and enjoy. Even the cooking part is fun! The food is fantastic. Camping, Hunting, Fishing, Family outings, Entertaining at home... I will use it every time ! The "test" ??? Yes you guessed it... The Griddle passed with flying colors!

Took this griddle to a rally this weekend cooked breakfast for 12, did great. Cooked bacon and sausage, eggs. Cooked below medium. mostly low. Clean up is a breeze. I suggest the carry case. Don't forget to bring the drip tray with, it took me longer to clean that mess than griddle

My husband is the cook at our church and this griddle has saved a lot of cook time due to the extra space it provides. The cooking time is cut to half the time since more food items can be added. GREAT!!!

I bought this for camping but I couldn't wait to try it so I threw it on my gas stove and tried it out. Note: it hangs out a couple of inches on either side of the stove top. I fired up all 4 burners at less than half...Did an incredible job. I have made breakfast twice on it. First time I did hash browns, onions, bacon and eggs and then threw it all together and covered it with cheese. Second time I did the hash browns, onions, spam, ham, eggs all seperate and there was plenty of room for a meal to feed 6 people! This thing is heavier that you would think. As long as you don't over heat it or use salted butter on it, I think it will last forever.

Love this cooktop. It makes short work of cooking for the entire family. Heats evenly and the seasoning it comes with makes sure your food doesn't stick. Just make sure the cooktop is level before cooking so the grease drains properly.

I used it for the first time the other day to test out how it would work out when I took it with me camping it worked perfectly. I put 2lbs of bacon and 24 sausage links on at the same time with room to spare. My only complaint is the way the "grease cup" is set up, small hurdle to overcome with a little tinkering. Otherwise a great product. The heating was quite even considering the size, takes a little while to warm up due to the mass (I warmed it slowly so it didn't warp). and it holds heat for quite a while.

This is a very heavy griddle top! The cooking surface comes already "Seasoned" from the manufacturer so very little sticks to the hot surface. It stays hot for 15-20 mins after shutting the flames. I found that spraying the surface with a non-stick cooking spray works best to keep the non-stick surface and to prevent any rust from forming.

This griddle fits my Costco 3 burner grill perfectly and has the heat distribution discs on the bottom to help with the cooking.
